Thats actually true lol. Virgina is ranked like 14th in education, then West Virginia is like 34 or 44. Very stark difference.

Very true, but I distinctly remember PG still ranting about it years after his, uh, extended stay there. (IIRC , he got caught doing 94 in a 55 on a 2-lane road. You’re probably going to be in trouble in almost every state with that.)
